SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING:
We take fast shipping seriously and will have your order out the door as soon as possible! We aim to ship the same day if placed before 3pm.  

Most orders placed before 3pm Central Time ship same day.

CARRIERS:

We ship via USPS. HOOPLA does not control either entity and therefore is not responsible for any package(s) once turned over to the shipping provider. HOOPLA is not responsible for packages that are late, lost, damaged, or stolen. HOOPLA is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address (due to a customer entering error during checkout). The customer is responsible for filing all claims directly with the shipping provider. HOOPLA is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS or UPS.

RETURNS:
We take pride in our products and back them up with a 30 day, money back guarantee when you purchase on ilovehoopla.com. Products must be unopened.

Please note: Purchases made through a third party retailer will need to be addressed with the vendor with whom the product was purchased.

REFUNDS:
Inspection: Items returned are inspected for tampering to protect our customers for consuming safety regulations. This process takes 1-2 days to ensure quality has not been compromised. If item has been tampered with a 15% restock fee will be applied.

All returns must be issued within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Returned items must be in original condition and returned in original packaging. Gift cards, Downloadable PDF’s, and ebooks are non-refundable. Refunds will be applied 3-5 days after inspection is complete, refunds will be applied to original payment method.

When your item has been returned and inspected you will be notified via email if your refund has been approved or rejected.

All returned products must be in original packaging with barcodes to guard against criminal activity. Returns must also include a proof of purchase. Proof of purchase can be:

Printed email confirmation from when order was placed, or
Packing slip from order
